Wonderful Wedding

Congratulations, Justin and Connie!

Last Saturday Michael and I had the privilege of attending the wedding of my dear friend, Connie, and her now husband, Justin. It was truly a beautiful wedding. The bride was radiant and the groom was dashing. They both had that special glow!


I guess I'm getting older because now I actually sit and listen when the pastor gives his marriage talk during the ceremony. Being married myself surely makes it something relative to my life! I really appreciated what the pastor had to say about marriage. God truly is a God of love and when our relationships are centered on God, they work. He talked several times about how God is so important in a marriage. It's a simple thought, yet so true. Marriages all over the world are falling apart because God is not a part of the relationship. God makes all of life better!

I am very thankful for the husband God has given me and for the great relationship that we enjoy. Love you, Michael!

Anyway, I was going to make this a tribute to Justin and Connie but this is turning out to be a talk about my marriage so I will stop here. I will leave you with a few more pictures of the lovely day (night, actually--I like evening weddings!)
