The Potter Molds the Clay

Do you ever find yourself getting annoyed with someone?

I have a hunch that we all do. It is so easy to get annoyed when someone repeatedly does something that bothers you, right?

I must admit that I am no different. There are certain people that every once in a while make my emotions rise. Things they do or things they say are not quite what I think they should be. Picky me - wanting to have things my own way.

Lately I have been thinking that maybe, just maybe God put those people in my life for a reason. What part of my character does God want to mold? What areas of my life are not in line with what God would want?

It's so hard to know the answer when you don't feel like doing what's right. Seems like sometimes it would just be easier to bear a grudge or avoid a person. In my life I have come to realize that it's important that you deal with the problem - nip it in the bud!

So I sit here asking myself what to do next. Ahh, life!

So true! I do agree that certain people who are in our lives and certain experiences that come our way are the Lord's disciplining tools for our souls...this was such a great reminder!
