You Make Me Smile

Dear Baby Girl,

You make me smile several times a day. I feel fortunate to be able to be the one that feels your every movement. Sometimes it's just a small flutter. Other times it feels as thought you're flipping summersaults inside of me. And when I feel your kicking and punching it's fun to look down at my belly and actually see it move. Other people like feeling you, too - especially your dad.

Every time you move it reminds me of God's greatness. How He can form little creatures inside a mother's womb. Little creatures that one day will move outside the womb, cry, laugh, smile and carry on with this cycle of life. It's beautiful to know I am a small part of it.

So Baby Girl, keep kicking away. And know that your kicking, hiccups and other movements never bother me. They make me smile and even sometimes giggle. You are a funny little thing.

Keep growing! We are looking forward to meeting you face to face,

Your mama
