Before taking the meat out to the barbecue we talked back and forth about the best way to cook meat and if it is best very well done, rare (as some people in the family seem to like it!), charred, chewy, etc. Well, you get the point...everyone likes their meat done a different way.
I, for one, prefer my meat well-done. Not, charred, just well-done. I don't particularly care for red meat staring back at me!
As we all sat around and discussed what is the best way, I thought that perhaps we should look to the Bible for the answers.
Not even realizing it, I quoted this verse from Matthew 25:
"Well done, good and faithful servant!"
I guess that settles it. "Well done" is the way to go!

I sure agree with you=) Well done is my kind of way too =) and since it says it in the Bible, then I will continue to order my meat "well done" =)
