We Took Her Out To The Ballgame...

It had been a long time since Elena had been to a baseball game. Her very first baseball game when she was about 6 days old! Elena has always loved sporting events. I don't think she enjoys the sport itself as much as she enjoys the people-watching.


Last week we headed over to Petco Park to watch a Padres vs. Dodgers game. Since Dodger blue runs through her Daddy's veins, Elena is being trained to like the Dodgers as well. We think she'll do just fine since it even sounded like she said "Dodgers" while at the game. Who knows if she really said it, but she sure made her Daddy happy.

We decided to try and see how Elena would do if we sat in regular seats in the stands instead of going to the park-in-the-park. She did just great! She sat on our laps the whole time and kept busy with all the people-watching and snacks that I had brought along for her.
